Governor Otti Mourns Former President Buhari, Extends Condolences to Tinubu and Family

The Governor of Abia State, Dr. Alex Otti, OFR, has expressed deep sorrow over the passing of Nigeria’s former President, Alhaji Muhammadu Buhari, GCFR.
