Chairman of ASIS International Lagos Chapter 206, Adedeji Oduba, disclosed during a media briefing on Saturday that the Sub-Saharan Africa Security Conference (SASCON) 2025 will take place from July 22 to 23 in Lagos, Nigeria. He described the event as a key platform for fostering collaboration and crafting forward-thinking strategies to combat growing security threats in Africa.

Organised by ASIS Lagos Chapter 206, the event will unite leading voices in cybersecurity, law enforcement, intelligence, industrial security, and infrastructure protection. Themed “Strategic Approaches to Security in Complex Africa,” the conference aims to promote knowledge exchange, strategic partnerships, and technological innovation in response to the continent’s rapidly evolving security landscape.
