In a statement, NANS Ondo G-4 described her appointment as a groundbreaking milestone that not only advances gender inclusivity in academic leadership but also serves as a source of inspiration for young women across Ondo State and Nigeria.

“Professor Adejuyigbe’s emergence as Vice Chancellor is a testament to her exceptional dedication, remarkable leadership, and outstanding contributions to medical education and research in Nigeria,” the association stated. “We are confident that her tenure will drive UNIMED to greater heights as a hub of academic excellence and innovation, particularly in tackling the evolving health challenges of our society.”

His dedication to inclusiveness is shaping a more equitable and forward-thinking Ondo State,” the statement added.
