London, Sunday, A man has died after falling from a height during an Oasis concert at Wembley Stadium on Saturday night, the Metropolitan Police has confirmed.

Emergency services were called to the stadium following reports that a man in his 40s had been seriously injured. Officers and medics arrived swiftly but were unable to save him. He was pronounced dead at the scene, with injuries consistent with a fall.

Reports indicate the man fell from an upper tier inside the 90,000-capacity stadium, which was packed for one of seven sold-out shows on Oasis’s Live ’25 reunion tour.

In a statement, Oasis said they were “shocked and saddened” by the news. “We extend our sincere condolences to the family and friends of the person involved,” the band added.

The Metropolitan Police are appealing for witnesses and asking anyone with information or mobile phone footage to contact them via 101. The incident is being investigated and will be referred to the Health and Safety Executive in the coming days.

Wembley Stadium also expressed condolences, confirming the attendance of police, medics, and the London Ambulance Service. “Despite their efforts, the fan very sadly died. Our thoughts are with his family, who are being supported by specially trained officers,” the stadium stated.

Despite the tragedy, Sunday’s concert went ahead as scheduled. The band’s reunion tour, marking the end of a nearly 16-year split between Noel and Liam Gallagher, will continue with shows in Edinburgh on August 8, 9, and 12, before heading to Ireland, North America, and returning to Wembley in late September.
