Hon. Amobi Ogah Grants University Scholarship to Outstanding WAEC Candidate from Umunneochi

The member representing Isuikwuato/Umunneochi Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, Hon. Amobi Godwin Ogah, has awarded a full university scholarship to Miss Okechukwu Mmesoma Josephine, a brilliant student from Isuochi in Umunneochi Local Government Area of Abia State, in recognition of her exceptional performance in the 2025 West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WAEC).

A statement issued by Dr. Promise C. Udeh, Director General of the Hon. Amobi Ogah Education Foundation, disclosed that Mmesoma’s remarkable result, which attracted public attention and went viral, earned her the opportunity to pursue tertiary education fully sponsored by the foundation.

Hon. Ogah, while congratulating the awardee, urged her to contact the foundation to commence the scholarship process. He reiterated his unwavering commitment to promoting quality education and empowering young talents within his constituency.

The lawmaker’s gesture has drawn widespread commendation as a clear demonstration of his dedication to investing in the future of the youth, fostering academic excellence, and inspiring other students to reach for greater heights.
