The Rural Electrification Agency (REA), Nigeria’s Renewable Energy Agency, has announced that Abia State Governor, Dr. Alex Otti, OFR, will be a key participant at the #REAStatebyState Roundtable scheduled for Wednesday, August 27, 2025, at Fraser Suites, Abuja.
Governor Otti is expected to spotlight Abia’s vision for innovative and renewable energy projects, outlining strategies to expand access to affordable, clean power and boost the state’s electricity market.
The high-level forum, organized by REA, will bring together policymakers, private sector leaders, and investors to chart new pathways for renewable energy adoption across Nigeria. Governor Otti will engage industry players in creating a sustainable electricity ecosystem in Abia through public-private partnerships.
