The President described the title as one of deep cultural and historical importance in Northern Nigeria, reflecting the Emirate’s trust in Sambo’s integrity, wisdom, and commitment to community development.

Tinubu hailed the former Vice President’s exemplary leadership, humility, and dedication to the nation, describing the honour as a well-deserved recognition of his lifelong service to humanity and national progress.

He also commended the Emir of Zazzau for preserving the long-standing tradition of honouring individuals whose character and patriotism represent the values of unity and service upheld by the Emirate.
