The couple shared the news on Tuesday via social media, revealing that the baby is a boy and is expected to arrive in late July. They said Usha Vance and the unborn child are in good health and expressed excitement about welcoming the newest addition to their family.

The vice president and second lady also thanked the military medical professionals and staff who have supported their family throughout the pregnancy.

JD Vance and Usha Vance met while studying at Yale Law School and were married in 2014. They currently have three children, Ewan, Vivek and Mirabel.
