Governor Radda Discharged from Hospital After Road Accident

Katsina, Nigeria – The Katsina State Government has confirmed that Governor Dikko Umaru Radda has been discharged from the hospital following a minor road accident that occurred on Sunday evening along the Daura–Katsina Road.

Bashir Ahmad, a former aide to the late President Muhammadu Buhari, relayed the update via social media, quoting the Chairman of Katsina Local Government as confirming the governor’s release from the medical facility.

Earlier, the governor’s Chief Press Secretary, Ibrahim Kaula Mohammed, had described the incident as a “minor crash” and assured the public that Governor Radda was in stable condition and receiving appropriate care.

The government has expressed gratitude for the outpouring of concern and well-wishes from the public, reaffirming the governor’s commitment to continue discharging his duties.
